Administration
The Profiles Performance Indicator™ has a short administration time, about 15 minutes, and is administered online wherever a computer is connected to the Internet: in the office, or at home.
Reports and Recommendations
The Profiles Performance Indicator™ produces reports both for the employee and for the employee’s manager. The employee report provides a guide to self-improvement while the management report provides specific recommendations for better employee management, coaching, and motivation. Recommendations such as how to respond to job-related stress, frustration and conflict, and how to stimulate employee motivation; the assessment also identifies whether the employee is internally motivated or will need better external stimulation.
